Do you want to meet other Honours College students and do something extracurricular? Make your study time more exciting by diving in and becoming an active member of HCSA! Being an active member is an opportunity to meet other  students from all courses! Becoming an active member means more than just organising events, you also become part of our active members group which means you can join exclsuive active members nights.

Other than committees of many other associations, the committees of HCSA do not have long traditions. For this reason, you can implement your own ideas without any (formal) restrictions. Implementation is therefore up to you. Release your creativity!

Chair: The head of the committee, you will chair the meetings and keep an overview of the committee. You are also responsible for all final decisions within the comittee before they take it to the board and making everything runs smoothly.

Secretary: You are the one who takes the minutes during the meetings, keeps an eye on the schedule, make sure the administration is perfect and you are in charge of your committees’ email.

Treasurer:  You are going to be managing the budget of your committee and making sure that the money is distributed responsibly. If you’re ever unsure about something, the treasurer of the association will always be available to help you!

External Relations: You will be the one in charge of contacting external contacts, businesses and corporations. Ensuring the organisation is talking to external companies in a professional manner.

Public Relations: You will be in charge of the promotion of your committees’ activities through posters and social media posts. You are in charge of spreading the awareness of the event and make sure it is a hit!
