Are you ready for an event that will inspire your leadership career to the skies? On March 4, the HCSA Lecture committee has the pleasure of hosting Prof. Dr. Anton Zensus. Anton Zensus is the director of the Max Planck Institute for Radio Astronomy and the Chairman of the collaboration board of the Event Horizon Telescope. The collaboration made a world breaking discovery by announcing the first image of a black hole in April 2019. In a semi-formal panel discussion followed by a Q&A session, we will get in-depth knowledge not only about his work on the black hole and the universe, but also on leadership and skills needed to thrive in a scientific career such as leading a team of experienced researchers and the strategy in overcoming problems along the project.
Interested in learning more about our universe while getting inspired in pursuing a leadership career? Join us in “Heading to The Skies” on March 4, 19.30 PM, in the Senaatszaal (Academy Building)!
