Mental wellbeing. It’s one of those ambiguous terms we see thrown around all over the place. Manage your stress levels; balance your mind; overcome your anxiety. Even though there is some value to this, more often than not you are taught quick fixes for a problem that you apparently have.πŸ€”

That’s why we decided to organise a mental wellbeing challenge. Not for people with a problem, but for everyone who wants to take just a bit better care off their mental hygiene. During this challenge, you’ll learn techniques and exercises that will help you get a better grip on your psychological wellbeing. From time management, to mindfulness, to movement. If it works, we’ll share it!πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

The challenge will be hosted by Marian Blaauwgeers from ‘the happy student’ platform. She is an expert in the area of student wellbeing and has hosted many workshops and events on this topic, making her the perfect host for this challenge.πŸ”₯
